Location: Corner of Linden St & Ponsonby St, Welland.
Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike (Coracina novaehollandiae) (1) A single bird seen in
small roadside paperbark trees and on nearby home phone lines. It flew about a
bit, much to the consternation of several New Holland Honeyeaters, and
occasionally dived down onto a lawn, at one stage returning to the phoneline
with a worm, which it then ate.

Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis) (4) Doing what it says on the tin: with a herd of
Angus cattle on the north side of the road.
