That is a bit extreme to go as far as suggest it as possibly defamatory. The
sentence is clearly ambiguous (if that makes sense). What I wondered is who
is the "you" in: "Perhaps you could re-word the caption to read: Birds
killed in the 2013 Victorian duck shooting season - image by Debbie Lustig."
