The request I made to this group on behalf of the Great Western Woodlands project met with a very generous response. We were spoiled for choice and the editor of our newsletter was able to select two excellent photos to suit the text of the article. Many thanks to Helga Kieskamp and Ken Haines who were published and to all the other photographers who offered their images. I have attached a copy of the newsletter containing the photos. As this was happening I was asked to write an article for the Birdlife Volunteer Network newsletter (article not yet published). In it I reported the recent Scarlet-chested parrot breeding record in the Great Western Woodlands and with the kind permission of Bernard O'Keefe included one of his photos.
