Thank you Nick, Alan, John & Dan on your help today finding the Eurasian Hobby.Very much appreciated. Ironically it's Latin name is Falco Subbuteo. As some older birders might remember there is a table top football game named after this bird. Subbuteo. Another Hobby of mine. Australia held its first Subbuteo Grand Prix 2 weeks ago which was won by an Austrian. And my son and I will play in the 2nd round of the West Australian league tomorrow. Maybe this bird turning up will be a sign i will win my first game in it. http://www.gwct.org.uk/wildlife/species-of-the-month/2012/august/ Sent from my iPhone

Birding-Aus mailing list

To change settings or unsubscribe visit:
http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org
|
