I will be briefly in Perth next Fri 12 Feb arriving late afternoon and departing before daylight the next day. Has anyone seen the Crested Honey Buzzard since 31 Jan which is the last record I can find on eBird? If the bird is still around, as someone who has never birded in Perth, any tips on where best to look at Lake Joondalup will be greatly appreciated as we will be dashing (within the speed limit of course) in a hire car straight from the airport.
