You're not the first to do that!!
I planned a holiday with my wife in Cairns, Went online to book the
accommodation through my holiday club, chose and booked.
I was talking to Murray the Daintree Boatman and asking how long it would take
to get to Daintree from the suburb to which he replied that he hasn't heard of
that suburb.. I went back online and goggles the resort, only to find it was in
Bundaberg. There had been a mistake on the website about the resort location..
Have fun in Hervey Bay.

Greetings Fellow Birders
I find myself in the somewhat embarrassing situation of having to publically
admit that my previous call for birding sights in and around Bundaberg was sent
in error. When Nev asked where I would be staying, I looked up the hotel to
discover that the Mantra Bay is in fact in HERVEY BAY.
Could anyone suggest a good birding spot or two Fay and I could investigate in
the hours before the conference and early the following morning [29 July]?
