I recorded the following audio track at night in Wyperfeld National
Park, Victoria last October. It contains a few variations of the
typical Tawny Frogmouth call (listen to two calling together at about
1:24-1:54 & again towards the end of the track).
https://soundcloud.com/wildambience/early-morning-darkness-in-wyperfeld-national-park-victoriaSouthern Boobook, Owlet Nightjar and Willie Wagtail can also be heard, as well as an unidentified insect (cricket?) which definitely has some rhythm!
