http://www.xeno-canto.org/species/Phylloscopus-examinandus Not completely different to White-browed Scrubwren, but should not be confused. Regularly recorded as close to Aust as West Timor, probably Ashmore Reef - have to think they'd be likely in Top End or Kimberley, but a small bird and easy to overlook. Often vocalise continuously.
