John Darnell of the WA Museum tells me that the long lost specimen of Blyth's Pipit (see David James & Ian McAllan in Australian Field Ornithology Supplement 2014) has at last been found in the Berlin Museum and the identity confirmed. Unless you have time travel capability this is not twitchable as it was collected on Christmas Island in 1923!
