Hello All and best wishes for 2015. I was reading Geoff Jones comment on Facebook congratulating John Weigel and he mentioned the WA Golden Whistler is now a new species. I have seen and enjoyed this lovely bird in WA a number of times and appreciate it if someone in the know could give a rundown on what makes the WA whistler different to be considered a separate species.
