Birdline Northern Territory Published sightings for the week ending 26 Oct 2014. Thu 23 Oct White-fronted Honeyeater Alice Springs Desert Park A small group of White-fronted Honeyeaters (mostly juveniles) spent the morning foraging in flowering Eremophila longifolia outside the Nocturnal House. Pete Nunn Wed 22 Oct Red Goshawk Kakadu National park One Red Goshawk was observed in the south of Kakadu National Park, had some great views before it took off. Luke Paterson Mon 20 Oct Long-toed Stint Alice Springs Sewage Ponds Long-toed Stint photographed foraging among Sharpies in EP7. Little Curlew still present, 12 Australian Pratincole, and single Glossy Ibis.
