Hi birders, Due to a few last minute cancellations, I now have three vacancies on this Sunday's pelagic from Portland in south-western Victoria. Cost will be somewhere between $150 and $200 depending on the final number of participants. Please drop me a line off-list if you're interested - or 0419516669. It is interesting to note that the springtime weather off Portland can make for some interesting pelagics - with both cold weather and warmer weather birds possible. Unfortunately the unpredictable nature of the weather makes it very difficult to actually get out to sea. We make a final call on the Friday evening prior to the departure - in other words, tomorrow evening!
