Hi All A very obvious Satin Bowerbird bower with bright blue bits of plastic is right on the side of Mayfair Rd Mulgoa, East side a few metres up from the bottom of the hill. Probably wont last long but an easy ornithological icon to see at the moment. Several lady friends visiting, plenty of chortling, gargling, growling and grunting from the overexcited male, as well as mimicry. Spring has really sprung here, the best for years.
