All you have to do is decide where you'd like to look for OBPs, get in touch
with the regional coordinator and join a group.
You can also survey independently.
Survey forms, instructions, search techniques and OBP ID tips are all available
from the first link above (Birdlife Australia). Go to the bottom of the page
and download each pdf.
