Orange feet and rather coarse build - definitely hybrid.
But I have a photo (posted on Birdlife Photo Gallery) of a neater bird which could be a Black/Mallard hybrid or just maybe a leucistic Pac. Black Duck - feet unfortunately invisible under water.
