Currently sitting on 8,989 bird species. Could you help? http://www.xeno-canto.org/ The Australian stats on Xeno-canto are: http://www.xeno-canto.org/collection/area/australia 453 bird species; 2371 recordings by 56 recordists, a total of 22 hrs 40 mins of recordings so far: The 2371 recordings can be accessed here also, in taxonomic order: http://www.xeno-canto.org/explore?query=area%3A%22australia%22+cnt%3A%22Australia%22 I just posted a couple of additions from Ghana, with Rufous Cisticola and (rather to my surprise) Bristle-nosed Barbet, they must be very close now, I was unaware of this milestone so thanks for the heads up Phil Gregory Website 1: Http://www.sicklebillsafaris.com Website 2: Http://www.cassowary-house.com.au _______________________________________________ Birding-Aus mailing list To change settings or unsubscribe visit: http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org |
