Another opening weekend slaughter of protected Freckled Ducks just took place on a western Victorian wetland. Numbers are believed to be at least 30. If Australian birdwatchers want this to stop, we must act to ban duck hunting altogether. In particular, please observe that Victorian Labor SUPPORTS duck hunting. Please contact your local state Labor candidate to make your views known in the lead up to the state election this November.
