Erect-crested penguin

I wonder if it would be a good idea for people posting Birdlines for birds like 
this to mention the extreme difficulty others will have trying to see them, 
and/or that the area is off limits to the public. I appreciate knowing they're 
around, but I'd rather be told I can't see them without having to find out for 
myself.
