Hi all, After the AGP visit I went down to the WTP for a few hours and just visited the "T" Section lagoons and Western Lagoons. I saw 4 Double-banded Plover and about 8 White-winged Black terns as well as large numbers of Marsh Sandpipers and Red Knot. It was an eerie visit because the thick smoke gave everything a sepia tone and the visibility was so limited that the You Yangs could not be seen from the "T" Section ponds. cheers Jenny http://jenniferspryausbirding.blogspot.com.au/ _______________________________________________ Birding-Aus mailing list To change settings or unsubscribe visit: http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org |
