Sat 8 Feb	Eurasian Hoopoe Galiwinku - Elcho island NT The Lone Eurasion Hoopoe has been a regular visitor to my back yard for about a week. It is feeding on large grubs it pulls from the earth. It visits at around 4pm daily.. With a break in the weather and the ground drying- up it will be interesting to see how long it stays around? Tim Wethers
Fri 7 Feb	Red-necked Phalarope Leanyer/Sanderson WTP 11 counted forming small raft. Sometimes flying in tight circular pattern to return roughly to the same area. While pic was taken, the lone Red (Grey) Phalarope (day 18) was alone on the bund wall in small pool in centre. Mick Jerram
Thu 6 Feb	Grey and Red-necked Phalarope Leanyer WTP Another Red-necked Phalarope this afternoon thus now 8 Red-necked and 1 Grey Phalarope. Observed for around 2 hours with Mick Jerram. Often swimming together at other times the Grey would be away preening on the bund wall Judy Leitch and Mick Jerram

	Eurasion Hoopoe Galiwinku - Elcho Island This Eurasion Hoopoe has been seen twice in the same spot over the last 3 days. Galiwinku is a remote Aboriginal Community on Elcho island NT Tim Wethers
	Grey and Red-necked Phalarop Leanyer/Sanderson WTP 8 phalaropes are currently present at Leanyer: 7 Red-necked Phalarop and 1 Grey Phalarop. Per Andrew Bell
	Christmas Frigatebird (Fregata andrewsi) Nightcliff Pool Lone female viewed hovering over Nightcliff swimming pool at 0800 on 6 Feburary 2014. Tom Rayner
