Eurasian Hoopoe
Galiwinku - Elcho island NT
The Lone Eurasion Hoopoe has been a regular visitor to my back yard for about a week. It is feeding on large grubs it pulls from the earth. It visits at around 4pm daily.. With a break in the weather and the ground drying- up it will be interesting to see how long it stays around?
