Australian Painted Snipe is the latest rarity to turn up at the Parkways Wetland near Bi Bli on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. A male bird was present this morning; up to four have been seen in recent days. Also at the wetlands were a pair of Australian Little Bitterns feeding together. Five Baillon's Crakes and one Spotless Crake were among other species present.
