Russell - you deserve the happiest of New Years

Birding-aus is my ex-pat lifeline to Australian birding. I would like to add my 
heart felt thanks to Russell for his work and generosity. His most recent 
e-mails are a reminder of the constant effort involved in providing this great 
bird blog. 
The modern World is preoccupied with systems and structures. Poor structures 
can work well with good persons in key positions. Good structures work poorly 
with the wrong people. Competent industrious human beings are still central and 
vital. Add unlimited generosity of spirit to competence and industry and we 
have Russell.  He deserves the happiest of New Years.
