Hi, just to let birdwatchers know that three of the islands in the PittTown lagoon are being modified presently.The reason is to make them more suitable for waterbirds as they were built to high originally and were rarely used by birds. The modification is part of the plan the other half being the bird hide which we hope to have completed by World Wetlands Day. the beautiful Hawkesbury 60km N/W of Sydney |
