Pelagic trips out of Sydney Harbour

What is the current situation in regard to Pelagic trips out of Sydney
Harbour? as I seem to remember reading that  the "Halicat' is giving these
away, not quite sure for what reason.

With the abundance of seabirds off the East coast from Sydney surely there
must be someone who will or could be taking over this most important
facility for the benefit of not only local birders. But also those
international birders who come to Australia and Sydney.
