Caroline Enfield from WIRES has asked me about the location of the building
featured in the recently discussed episode of Bondi Vet, because she has found
a fledgling at Circular Quay.

I gave her the link to watch the show, and she thinks the building was Bondi
Westfield, too far away from Circular Quay to be where this fledgling is from.
She's wondering if anyone knows of a closer nest.

Hi Peter,
I was very interested in the thread another of my WIRES friends kindly sent me,
of your recent discussions re the Bondi Vet programme. I don't watch it myself
either, and I understand the show was actually a re-run of an old episode so my
query now may not be relevant, but I was wondering if you happened to notice
the exact location of the building?
I ask because at the moment I have in care a fledgling peregrine at the same
stage of development, still reluctant to fly but as you know that's quite
normal for these young birds to start with, it's a pretty overhwelming
experience leaving the ledge.
He was found under a car at Circular Quay so if there is any info at all you or
your colleaugues have that might help me accurately locate the roosting site
I'd be very grateful.
The bird is doing well and getting some exercise, but I'd like to get him back
out there in the wild as soon as I can, the nearer to home turf the better,
while the parents will still be willing to support and educate him.
Many thanks
Caroline
