Some interesting birds about the Sunshine Coast over the past couple of days include a pair of Grey Goshawks with a well-developed fledgling in a nest near Cooroy. Barred Cuckoo-Shrike, Rose-crowned Fruit-Dove and White-eared Monarch are putting in lots of appearances. A pair of Pale-vented Bush-hens this morning showed very well at North Arm, where I have also had Lewin's Rail recently. More here, along with a note about a cat-killed Squirrel Glider found in my garden: http://tinyurl.com/kyqc3f7 Greg Roberts =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
