Bill and others, If you have the oldest iPod touch then it won't run, as it requires at least version 5.0 of the iOS operating system, which can't run on the oldest devices. So you might want to confirm your iOS version before spending the money. If you try to download directly to the device then it won't let you do so if the operating system is too old. But you if you sync from your computer you could spend the money and then find yourself unable to run it. (This is the case with almost all new apps and isn't a criticism of this particular one). I think the same issue applies for the oldest iPhones too but I haven't checked.
