Hi Peter,

Yes, the Leanyer STW are closed because of construction, but you can access the 
outside via a 10 minute walk from the end of Hodgson Drive. The views aren't 
great but you can get an idea of what is around, and the mangroves on the walk 
are good for the robin and golden whistler.
