Hi - Its now possible to upload "soundscapes" to Xeno-Canto (first page: http://www.xeno-canto.org/browse.php?query=soundscape&pg=1). Theres more than 1,000 recordings already uploaded most as part of a study from Peru (Tobias and Seddon) but also some others, but none i guess from Australia. If you have general bird recordings - eg "dawn chorus" with large numbers of birds, then this may be the place to deposit them....or if you want to be transported to a Peruvian dawn (for free)..... Thanks, Colin =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
