Freckled Duck on Sydney harbour

Hi Birders,
There is a freckled Duck at Snails Bay, Birchgrove as I write this 2:58 26 
Sept. There have been extremely strong westerlies blowing in Sydney all morning 
and the bird was presumably brought in by these. The Snails Bay beach is north 
facing and very protected from westerlies. the bird seems to be just loafing 
paddling slowy around in small circles.
