Dear Birders, The Birddata data base shows Striated Grasswren (presumably of the sub-species oweni ) in sand dunes in the north of the Eyre peninsular. I am unsure of the date of these records and wondered if anyone has any recent experience of Striated Grasswren in the Eyre Peninsular area recently. Any information would be greatly appreciated as we leave Sydney on Friday for a trip down to the Eyre peninsular.
