The wildlife tourism workshop to be held in Darwin this October  will include a 
session on birdwatching tourism on Friday 4t October:
10.15am Twitch or connection: what do birdwatchers want? (Denise Goodfellow)
10.30am Birdwatching for all? Bo Beolens)  (providing for disabled birders)
10.40am Birding tourism in Kaziranga National Park Assam, India – ecotourism 
contributing to biodiversity conservation (Kamini Barua)
10.55am Conflicts between cultural use and ecotourism: the case of bird tours 
in Papua New Guinea (David Newsome)
11.10am Junko Oshima. Birdwatching East and West  (comparing Japan and 
English-pspeaking countries)
