There is a quite detailed and mostly positive thread at birdforum.net:

On that basis I've signed up and think it will be a sensational resource if it 
gets enough support to proceed as they hope.

Note that there is a once only 20 euros sign-up fee and an annual fee of 30 
euros for the basic membership.
