Nice birds seen during a five-day stay in the Bundaberg area included Freckled Duck, Pink-eared Duck, Cotton Pygmy-Goose, Black-necked Stork, Square-tailed Kite, Lesser Crested Tern, Brown Booby, Red-kneed Dotterel, White-eared Monarch, Barn Owl and Shining Flycatcher.
