Congratulations John, an absolutely extraordinary achievement! I remember
reading in the archives recently, when discussing searching for Night Parrot,
someone (and I forget who) said that if money was no object they'd simply hire
John Young and tag along. Well, it would appear that never a truer word was
spoken! John told me that this was the culmination of 17,000 hours spent in the
field over 15 years. If this is the case, Ian May is absolutely correct - I too
can think of no-one that deserves this more! Once again, congratulations John!
