What Bird is That

According to the text, Cave Owl is an SA subspecies of Masked Owl. The Spotted 
Owl is listed as occurring in NSW, Vic and Tas, and "also New Zealand". I'm 
guessing this is the Morepork version of Boobook that has been discussed here 
recently.
