G'day All,
A friend birding down around Mt. Eliza has sent me some interesting
pictures of a Noisy Miner which is almost completely white. It has normal
colouration on the eyes, bill, and legs, and a small amount of yellow on
the wing and grey around the face but is otherwise fully white.
I've put her pictures up on the blog here;

On the Alice Springs Forest Wagtail front - the twitch could be drawing to
a close. The bird was not seen yesterday, and has not been reported today
so far. Over the last week it has been reported less frequently in the
garden and for shorter periods each time, so it has either found some other
suitable habitat nearby, or may have decided to make a break for the north.
Who knows?
Cheers,
Chris Watson
