Two very unusual sightings for me was a black falcon flying over our house in Camberwell, Vic on Monday 25/3/13, and another flying over our beach house at Point Lonsdale, Vic on Wednesday 27/3/13.

Up till now I have only ever seen them flying among trees near water, usually lakes/rivers, but once along the Gelong water front.

I have seen more than usual over the last few years, is there an eruption at present?
