This is a rather late reply, but my copy of this book arrived yesterday and
it's amazing. I've been a fan of Ralph Steadman for longer than I've been
interested in birds, so it was a perfect book for me. Some of the money
from each book goes to Birdlife International too, so there's another
reason to get a copy :)
