I have bought this app and it is great, having the calls to hand is very handy,
so I was puzzled to see the apparent problems about copyright. I asked Terry
Stevenson direct and here is his response:
"Not really sure what's going on, and I don't know anything about a dispute
over copyright of the calls.
I understand the publisher has put out an electronic version of the original
guide (which I haven't seen) but hear it's just an electronic version of the
original book.
Somewhere around the end of 2014 we are planning to publish the 2nd edition and
also bring out an 'enhanced ebook' (with most of the calls) at the same time,
but as far as I know nothing with calls is due before that."
The app is still on the i-Tunes store as of today, it looks as if it's
something to do with the publishers but whatever, it is still available.
