Wonder if anyone on the list has any experience of Android tablet or smartphone applications. I'm considering buying a field-guide as 'scanned' media (not a paper book) via Google Play. If I try and look at a 'preview' <https://play.google.com/store/books/details?id=3mg50wobsOsC&source=gbs_api>online, text is accessible but plates do not seem to be shown. I assume that this is only a device to protect illegal copying of the plates but I'm reluctant to part with the cost if they are not included in the 'downloadable' book. Can anyone help?
