Mute Swan
Rockingham, Western Australia
Snez Plunkett's photo, attached to his report of 'White Swan', clearly shows the two birds as Mute Swan (cygnus olor) rather than the other two white swans, Whooper Swan (cygnus cygnus) and Bewick's Swan (cygnus columbianus).

Great Crested Grebe
lake Richmond, Rockingham, Western Australia
I've not see the GCG at this location previously. Just one bird sighted, but there may be more than one.
PS I also submitted a report on a sighting of Dusky Moorhen at lake Richmond; Not sure if it was rc'd.

White Swan
lake Richmond, Rockingham, Western Australia
A pair of White Swans have been observed at Lake Richmond since around Christmas. I am not sure how significant this is given that they are
not a native bird.

Banded Stilt
Mangles Bay, off Peron Rd, Rockingham, Western Australia
14+ birds sighted early afternoon today landing on the beach (between the 2 boat clubs) for a short while (until a walker scared them away).
Have seen quite large flocks flying across this part of the bay at random times, since Christmas. (have not seen them in this area last year)
