> Perhaps it would be better if those who want to build up their library of bird sound restricted their efforts to Xeno- > Canto..... There are also a growing number of Australian species for download on the Internet Bird Collection.... Just to add to Carl's list of public archives, the AVoCet collection has a fair few recordings for Australia and the region: http://avocet.zoology.msu.edu/ As this collection begins with the work of the remarkable ornithologist Pam Rasmussen, it's greatest concentration of recordings is for India followed by Indonesia. =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
