A tick, Chris?
Talking of blown in tropicbirds, there is a red-tailed on the warrumbungles np
list. It was found dead in the park some time ago...

To add to the collection of literal blow-ins, a colleague contacted me from
out on the Gwydir River for information on the husbandry of a White-tailed
Tropicbird that mistook Mt. Warning for Mt. Gower and turned right. Needless
to say I am on the flight to Inverell and driving out there for the tick as
we speak.
