I saw at least 3 Spotted Crakes and 2 Spotless Crakes late this afternoon at Jeringot (part of Belmont Common, beside the Barwon River in Geelong). They were quite active right in front of the hide, mostly on the muddy inlet, or along the reed bed margins.
