splits

There are two splits that haven't happened which I think are waiting to
happen:

1. Little Bronze-Cuckoo and Gould's Bronze-Cuckoo (different appearance,
different habitat, some different calls, different host species, migratory
v sedentary)

2. Spotted Pardalote and Yellow-rumped Pardalote (different appearance,
different calls and song, distinct ranges, different habitat)
