Little Curlew still at Edmonton Turf farm on France Road on 19/12 Bush-hen seen from veranda of Cassowary House 18/12, seemed to be associating with a Red-necked Crake! The crakes have two fledged youngsters now. Juv Scrubfowl still about, not often seen here at this very young stage Dad Cassowary and 3 chicks coming daily, no set time Grey Goshawks have two very noisy fledged young and are I fear picking off our Musky Rat-Kangaroos as these have suddenly declined from a peak of 7 White-eared Monarch still very vocal around the property, also Noisy Pitta. seems to be a good year for them despite the dryness.
