A public forum on threatened species is to be held TONIGHT, to be addressed by
Richard Di Natale, Greens senator, and experts on forestry issues.
I gather it will mostly address the plight of the Leadbeaters Possum but, as we
know, several species of birds are affected by logging and bushfires in central
Victorian forests.
Venue: 60L Green Building, 60 Leicester Street, Carlton (where Birdlife
Victoria monthly meetings are held)
Time: 6 pm
