I've had numerous for further details about the pair of Barking Owls I found at Lake Broadwater. I was initially forthcoming with those but have become increasingly concerned about the possible impact on the birds of numerous visitors. These owls gave every indication of preparing to nest so disturbance needs to be kept at a minimum. So I hope folk will understand if I haven't replied to requests, and that people who do go there exercise due caution by avoiding the use of playback, for instance.
