Dear B-A,

The hunting lobby in NSW is keen to show how concerned they are about animal
welfare. So much so that some members of the fraternity have been distributing
a pamphlet condemning the "horror" trial of cyanide baiting for deer and goats
in National Parks, claiming it would cause a "welfare disaster" for deer. Of
course, one could be cynical and say that the baiting program would reduce the
number of deer available to be shot by the hunting fraternity. Animals
Australia seem to have taken umbrage at part of their web site being taken and
used out of context in the pamphlet. Poor little Nimrods, no body understands
that they are the worlds key conservationists.
